Shaped by the strong educational foundation of TED Ankara College and the analytical mindset gained through my Metallurgical Engineering study at Yıldız Technical University, I spent over 20 years leading and contributing to global projects within the ENKA Group.

These years equipped me not only with technical expertise but also with leadership, change management, and strategic vision. Yet, I realized that my knowledge and experience should not remain confined to a single organization. I saw the opportunity to reach across sectors, helping organizations open new, sustainable paths for growth.

With courage, I chose to leave behind a corporate career spanning more than two decades. This decision allowed me to rediscover my own potential and offer greater value to organizations from a broader perspective.
